1. Overview

Apodemeo Labs ("we", "our", or "us") develops Chrome extensions that improve browsing productivity through simple, privacy-first tools. These Terms apply to all current and future extensions and related web services provided by Apodemeo Labs.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using any Apodemeo Labs extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of our extensions.

3. Use of the Extensions

• Apodemeo Labs extensions are provided for personal and professional use within the limits of Chrome Web Store policies.
• You agree not to copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or reverse-engineer our software.
• You must use our products in compliance with all applicable laws and Google’s Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies.

4. Licensing and Ownership

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, code, designs, and content, are owned by Apodemeo Labs.

By installing an extension, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Apodemeo Labs extensions offer optional paid features or Pro versions. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers:

• ExtensionPay – handles license validation, subscription status, and trial management.
• Stripe – manages secure credit/debit card transactions on behalf of ExtensionPay.

Apodemeo Labs does not process or store your payment information. By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorize these services to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription management and cancellations can be handled directly through ExtensionPay.

Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase and are processed according to ExtensionPay and Stripe’s refund policies.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the original purchase date, except where required by law or explicitly approved by Apodemeo Labs at its sole discretion.

Apodemeo Labs does not directly issue or process refunds.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. Our extensions do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for functionality and payment processing via trusted third parties (ExtensionPay and Stripe).

8. Limitation of Liability

All Apodemeo Labs extensions are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apodemeo Labs is not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use or inability to use our software.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms and our extensions periodically. Continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our extensions at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse, or misuse of the software, or if required by law.

11. Compliance and Legal

Apodemeo Labs products comply with Google Chrome Web Store policies, GDPR, and CCPA principles. We operate with transparency and privacy as foundational values.
